& Johnson in the second quarter sales of Johnson increased 0.6% to 15.3 billion U.S. dollars of Johnson & Johnson today announced sales of 15 300 million dollars for the second quarter of 2010, an increase of 0.6% compared with the second quarter of 2009. Operating income increased 0.1% and the positive impact currency was 0.5%. Domestic sales declined by 2.8%, while international sales increased 4.1%, reflecting operational growth of 3.0% and impact positive currency of 1.1%.
